Really great location - underneath some cool glass shapes in a Passage near San Lazare. In addition to the free wifi and seating in and around the Starbucks, there's also seating outside and upstairs by a hanging garden, which is lovely in the summertime. No free bathroom here, though. It's a pay situation because of the mall.

I had a meeting at this Starbucks and I would say that I haven't experienced the service that makes me wanna come back in a Starbucks. The service was slow, the Barrista asked me 3 times before writing down my order on the cup and it took more than 5 minutes before I get my coffee.
To summarize, nothing like the US service that guarantee you a coffee in less than 2 minutes. The baristas looked to be friendly but really slow. They were talking as well to some other girls while working. I mean it's not a problem when you can talk and work at the same time, it is when you can't multitask!
Last but not least, this Starbucks doesn't have any restrooms as well.
